Responsibilities: · Designed, programmed, and implemented graphical user interface functionality in Visual Basic for a Call Center Application which consisted of main menu MDI Parent Form to access custom designed Child Forms for input, manipulation and processing of potential customers. The application consisted of the main Call Screen with menu options of Center Communications, Messges, Call Summary, Order Summary and Reschedule. The Work Queue was used to assign users customers with menu options of Starting a Call, Re-Assigning Calls, and Rescheduling. Other main menu options were Maintenance of Users, Physicians, Locations and Reports. Used SQL statements for database queries against SQL Server database on client server environment using SQL Analyser and SQL Enterprise Manager. Designed reports in RTF format for reporting functions associated with the application. Was exposed to Crystal Reports 6.0 before management decided to go to RTF format. Test Director was used to input defects of the application and indicate which defects needed fixing.

Used SQL statements and Data controls to retrieve data from the Access 2.0 database structures. Designed reports using Crystal Reports 4.0 for reporting functions associated with the applications. The Vault Inventory System consisted of main menu modules to access custom designed windows for input, manipulation and processing of candidate testing materials, macro boxes, binders, and various other vault secured items. Also programmed functionality to accept data input from bar-code scanners/readers. I also programmed the input of users to the WilTel voice mail/telephone system.

7/94 to 10/94 Responsibilities: Attempt to design and implement a developmental testing process for a Clinical Information software application which included Patient Administration, Clinic Scheduling, Medical Records, and Donation's. I manually tested total system functionality for errors prior to the applications deployment to pilot site locations. I read Microsoft Test to learn to automate the testing process, to design test plans and test scenarios. Assisted in writing and composing developmental testing and development programmer testing standards and procedures. Other duties included transferring error log and backup log files via modem from each pilot site to headquarters.

Designed and programmed Graphical User Interface functionality in Visual Basic for a prototype which was to automate the Hospitals Nursing CareMap system (similar to Cardex). I also assisted in programming functionality for various windows in Medical Records and Patient Administration. Used SQL Server and SQL Programmer commands for database manipulation on OS/2 client server environment.

Responsible for I/O screens and functionality according to specifications of contract agreements for Medical Records, Patient Assessments, and Treatment Plan modules. Implemented fixes to CIS (Clinical Information Systems) Client Information, System Administration, Episode, Order Communications, Bed Census Tracking, Setup & Maintenance, and PACE Unit modules as needed. Used modems to send fixes to remote locations. Assisted in clean up of system changes needed in Sybase conversion. Cleaned up and structured old programs.
